Report your damaged or lost goods

In transport, accidents can happen at any time - but don't worry, we are here to help you. If your goods were damaged on delivery or your freight was lost, fill in the form at the end of this page.

Claims for damages or lost goods are always handled between the carrier and the shipper, but we want to facilitate this process and make it as easy as possible for everyone involved.

Required attachments to your claim

Signed POD

The Proof of Delivery (POD) is a signed document that indicates the delivery address and the time of delivery.

Packing list

The packing list indicates the content of the pallets / packages as well as the weight and measurement of the goods.

Proof of proper packing

The proof of proper packing can a be photo, video or security footage. It should show that the goods were undamaged when they left your premises.

Proof of damage

You can submit your proof of damage as a picture, video or security footage. At best, provide photos of the damaged goods before unloading.

Invoice
The invoice records the financial transaction between the shipper and carrier. If you include a repair invoice, it displays the costs for repair.
Other documents
If you have any other documents/ photos/ videos that you consider relevant to your claim, please attach them to the form.
