About Quicargo
Quicargo was founded in 2016 with the vision of modernising the logistics sector by leveraging technology and data analysis. From the outset, we built an extensive network of carriers and helped shippers optimise their transport processes. Thanks to our innovative platform, thousands of businesses have been able to operate more efficiently and sustainably.
In 2024, Quicargo made a fresh start to strengthen its mission even further. At the end of 2024, our office relocated from Amsterdam to Tilburg—a strategic move to support our growth and be closer to our logistics partners.

Recruitment process
Interview (+/- 30 minutes)
During this conversation, we want to get to know you better and assess the cultural and practical fit. We aim to understand your expectations and ensure you understand ours as well.
Second Interview (+/- 60 minutes)
In this interview, we will dive deeper into your motivations and expectations. For R&D positions, the second interview will be a technical discussion where you will explain your approach to the technical challenge.
Offer!
If all interviews are positive, we move on to the offer phase! You will receive a congratulatory email summarizing the offer.
