As transport manager, Roy is the link between the drivers, the planning, the administration and the management. He has been working at CoTrans since 2001 and was even the first employee in the office. He told us about the early days of the company:

“In those years we only had 5 vehicles and over time we have grown to about 40 vehicles.”

Roy made sure to point out the most important asset of the company: the drivers. For CoTrans, the people are the face of the company.
